Marisa Arna Jewellery Studio and Gallery are happy to exchange an item for another one or issue a credit note, provided the jewellery is returned, unworn, especially earrings, within 10 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be given on the rare occasion that the jewellery is faulty, provided that the items are returned within 30 days and after examination to determine the fault.
Any specially made, engraved, commissioned jewellery, or jewellery that has been altered for a customer, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable except under special circumstances, which will be assessed individually.

Marisa Arna jewellery is hallmarked by London Assay Office. By law, silver items weighing above 7.78g and gold items above 1g must be hallmarked. Any Marisa Arna jewellery weighing below is also hallmarked whenever possible. All Marisa Arna jewellery is stamped with a registered unique makers mark.
All items remain the property of Marisa Arna Jewellery until full payment is made.
