Some of the pieces of jewellery Marisa makes are so complex, like the 3D Daisy design, where she hand cuts and folds and shapes each petal so that these pieces are impossible to duplicate exactly. Every one is unique, just like real flowers. In another case it may be a special stone which makes the piece one-off. A full Florian silver necklace is made in small editions because it is too labour intensive to make in greater numbers. All the bespoke and remodelled pieces as well as most of the commissions are one-offs of course.
